If you're looking for somewhere to spend a weekend in late April in 2003, I suggest you plan ahead and put some time away for the Cape Breton International Drum Festival. This year marked the second annual two-day festival in the quaint seaside town of Sydney, Nova Scotia and during the weekend, I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else (except maybe my native Australia where the weather is much warmer!)
